DEDICATED TO OUR FRONT LINE WORKERS
Music feeds the soul and lifts the spirits. It's just what we need during the continuing covid-19 pandemic. In March 2020, when Winnipeg was experiencing its first lockdown, we decided to show our support for our front line workers in the hospitals, nursing homes and wider community by offering them the gift of music. Since our front liners and patrons can't visit the café in person for great food and live music, we come to them via the internet. Our first live stream was on May 2, 2020, and featured the music of the Eagles. We have surpassed the 35 broadcasts mark and are still going strong..
